In stock items ship within 24-72 hours, excluding national holidays. You will receive a shipping notice and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

US orders typically arrive in 7-15 business days.

 Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Import duties for your country can be found under HTS code 4202. Duties may range from 0% to 20% + depending on the country of import.

If a package is refused due to the cost of import duties, the package may be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to us. If the package is abandoned or destroyed a refund will not be processed.

Voya Supply stands behind the quality of all of our products and we hope that you're 100% satisfied with your gear. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your items within 30 - days of your delivery date for a full refund. 

Items must be in brand new condition and the original tags must be attached.

 Packs with any sign of wear will not be accepted for return.

Allow our warehouse up to 14 business days from the time your return has arrived to inspect, restock and process your refund. We will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been applied to the original method of payment.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

At this time, exchange services are unavailable. Simply make a return and place a new order, also let us know at your convenience. 

Kickstarter Pledge and merchandise labeled as Final Sale, may not be returned or exchanged.

Please note that if you send the bag back you will need to arrange and pay for your own postage and we cannot refund these costs. We can’t take responsibility for anything lost in the post so please use a tracked service. 

Voya Supply reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.
